We DO NOT collect full Aadhaar number or PAN.

- Create and activate your HealthFi Membership
- Generate your digital HealthFi Card
- Deliver benefits and support services
- Verify your identity
- Send membership updates
- Provide customer support
- Send your complimentary accidental insurance (purchased separately in your name)
- Send important notifications on WhatsApp/Email
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your information with any unauthorized third parties.
🔹 3. Complimentary Insurance Clause (Important)
HealthFi does NOT sell, underwrite or issue insurance.
Accidental insurance provided is a complimentary gift,
purchased separately on behalf of the customer using their name, email, and mobile number.
The insurance policy is issued directly by the insurance company to the customer.
HealthFi does NOT take responsibility for insurance approvals, claims, or decisions made by the insurer.
🔹 4. Payment & Data Security
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
We do NOT store your debit/credit/UPI information.
We use:
- SSL encryption
- Secure hosting
- Encrypted data storage
- Limited staff access
🔹 5. Third-Party Services
We may share minimal required data with trusted third-party service providers:
- Payment gateway (Razorpay)
- Insurance provider (for complimentary policy)
- WhatsApp API / Email services
- Cloud storage (for card PDF delivery)
All third-parties follow strict data protection rules.
